Los Angeles Hotel Guide
I have never spent much time in Los Angeles, but in the past few years I have been going a lot for work and JAJA - luckily, I have not stayed in the same hotel more than once! I find that most of the hotels have amazing service, great food and spas, and are located where you want to be. To be fair, all of my trips are for business, so if you are traveling for business well as pleasure, these are all great options.
Here are 6 of my favorite hotels in Los Angeles:
The West Hollywood Edition: This hotel has large spacious rooms and amazing views. As you enter there is a large lobby with a pool table and bar, including their amazing signature scent. The hotel also has a really nice spa, rooftop dining and bar, and a nightclub.
The London: This was an amazing hotel that had a more boutique vibe. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and had a more modern feel - the beds were very cool.
The Waldorf Astoria: I had an amazing time at this hotel. It was exceedingly glamorous and my room was massive. The area wasn’t center to anything, per se, but it was easy to get to. I recommend this hotel if you’re going to LA for business and need o entertain clients.
The Beverly Hills Hotel: This icon of a hotel is in the center of Beverly Hills and is known for its old Hollywood charm. The hotel features a funky pool area, and amazing dining options with tons of celebrity sightings. Between the salon, shopping, and beautiful grounds, you won’t feel like you need to leave. It is located near some of the city's most famous attractions, including Rodeo Drive and Sunset Strip.
The Four Seasons Los Angeles: The Four Seasons is a luxurious hotel in the heart of Beverly Hills. The hotel has an elegant aesthetic, an amazing spa, and a rooftop pool with a beautiful view of gardens and the city. It does the job!
The Peninsula Beverly Hills: This beautiful hotel in Beverly Hills has luxurious accommodations, a spa, and like many LA hotels, a rooftop pool. The hotel also features a few options, including a Michelin-starred restaurant and bar. I would say this is less glam, and more elegant. If you are looking for the most luxurious experience, this is it.
